New Shopping Center Coming to Jones Valley

JV RenderingSoutheast Huntsville will soon have a new shopping center to enjoy. The center will provide Huntsville residents a premier location for dining and retail shopping. The development will be located on Carl T. Jones Drive, north of Ledges Drive.

We are excited to announce that Crunkleton & Associates will be handling the development, leasing and management of the property.

“This is going to be an amazing shopping center,” said Wesley Crunkleton, Qualifying Broker of Crunkleton & Associates. “This property will be phased out over several years and will have many new-to-Huntsville retailers. We are excited to move forward on the development of this project.”

We want to know your thoughts and opinions on what retailers you would like to see at the new shopping center!  We welcome comments on both our Facebook page and blog.

  1. I just cant believe theyre ruining jones valley. Itll take 45 minutes to get from garth road to weatherly with all that crap going in!

    • Hi Barbara, we understand your concern. A traffic study by Skipper Consulting found Carl. T. Jones Drive is “more than adequate to service this development, plus quite a bit more. We hope they are right!

  2. I’d like to see Urban Outfitters, Nike Store, Adidas Sports, and Neiman Marcus.

    Restaurants of course Cheesecake Factory

  3. It would be wonderful to have Norsstrom! I would love Saks &/or Neimans but I doubt they would ever come here . Trader Joe’s &/or Wine Wirld would be great too.

  4. In regards to eating establishments I would say bring a Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles. Also, maybe a 21 men we need more Store options for guys in Huntsville.
