What Exactly Is The Oasis Huntsville?

The Oasis Huntsville will be a unique 560,000 SF microurban destination. Current plans for the development include a luxury hotel, exciting food and drink venues, a multi-purpose conference center, an advanced medical arts complex, a luxurious, independent, full-service spa and an avant-garde community arts program.

Playing a key role in the design of the project is a large central green space, which the developers plan to utilize as an outdoor theatre, hosting musical concerts, seasonal shows, farmers markets and festivals.

Dominated by over 60,000 SF of food: restaurants, cafés, food stores, epicurean retail, bakeries, pastry shops and The Oasis Bazaar, the development will also feature a small demonstration farm and a series of greenhouses to provide fresh farm-to-table year-round ingredients for the restaurants on site. The development also plans to feature a culinary incubator complete with test kitchens, a cooking theatre, cooking labs, classrooms, and a comprehensive cooking school providing a culinary degree program and food service certification program.
